Jerry Arshem

Jerry Arshem is an accomplished professional in the field of software engineering and DevOps with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Manager of DevOps at Granicus since August 2022, Jerry oversees citizen engagement technology solutions for over 5,500 government organizations. Previously, Jerry held key positions at GE Healthcare, including Sr. Manager of Software Engineering - Cloud Operations, where Jerry established and led the first commercial cloud operations team. Jerry's background includes technical consulting roles at Johnson Controls and Cornerstone Consulting Inc., with a strong foundation in Java development and software engineering principles stemming from earlier work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the City of Milwaukee's Department of Public Works. Jerry's educational qualifications include studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Northern Illinois University.
