Lisa Soucek

Lisa Soucek is a seasoned professional in customer training and education, currently serving as Manager of Customer Training & Education at Granicus since August 2021, where previous roles included Product Training Lead and Lead Trainer. Prior to joining Granicus, Lisa was Training Manager at GovQA from September 2016 to August 2021, focusing on client relationships and developing team expertise in government-related training solutions. Lisa also contributed to the field as a Government Sales Executive at GovQA and held various program director and curriculum instructor positions in several school districts from 2006 to 2016. Lisa's early career included experience as a Training Specialist at WorldCom from 1998 to 2005. Lisa holds a Master’s Degree from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia College Chicago.
