Olivia Fiocchi

Olivia Fiocchi is an accomplished marketing professional with a diverse background in segment marketing and customer engagement. Currently serving as Segment Marketing Manager at Granicus since September 2020, Olivia has progressed through various roles including Senior Segment Marketing Specialist and Demand Generation Specialist. Previous experience includes a role as a Cashier/Social Media Promoter at Bandidos Burrito Co., where Olivia enhanced the company’s social media presence, and an internship at Alsco that involved collaborating on marketing strategies and customer relations. Olivia held the position of Vice President for the Florida State University Women's Lacrosse team, facilitating scheduling and event organization while also managing social media promotion. An early career as a Sales Associate at JCPenney and a Lacrosse Referee with the Colorado Girls Lacrosse Association provided foundational customer service and leadership skills.
