Ryan Herring

Ryan Herring is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Granicus since October 2021. Previously, Ryan held the position of Director of FP&A at Progress, where responsibilities included leading the post-acquisition FP&A integration of Chef Software and supporting financial due diligence for acquisition targets. At Chef Software, Ryan served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, reporting directly to the CFO and playing a key role in supporting successful acquisitions by Progress. Earlier roles include various finance positions at The Hershey Company and Avectra, where Ryan led budgeting processes and utilized tools for collaborative planning with C-suite executives. Ryan holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
