Brent Gutwein

Brent Gutwein is an accomplished professional in the real estate and agriculture sectors, currently serving as President of Boulder Group LLC since July 2007, where expertise in capital management for real estate operations on behalf of individuals and institutions is demonstrated. As Managing Partner at Granite Student Living since August 2008, Brent oversees affordable housing solutions for students near Purdue University. From May 2015 to June 2022, Brent contributed as a Board Member at M25 Group LLC, a micro-venture capital firm focused on Seed and Series A investments. Previously, Brent held the roles of CEO at Gutwein Groves Inc., managing a multi-generational citrus production enterprise, and President at AAG Venture LLC, which offered a range of agricultural services. Brent earned an M.B.A. from Purdue University Daniels School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Purdue University.
