Abby Glines

Abby Glines has a solid work experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Abby started their career as a Compensation Analyst at West Marine in 2004. Abby then moved to Granite Construction Inc. and worked as a Sr. Compensation Analyst from 2006 to 2011. Abby then joined Orchard Supply Hardware as a Sr. Compensation Analyst from 2011 to 2012. After that, they joined Informatica as a Principal Compensation Analyst from 2012 to 2015. Abby further enhanced their career by working at Driscoll's, where they held various roles including Senior Compensation Analyst from 2015 to 2018, Senior Manager of Total Rewards from 2018 to 2020, and finally, as the Director of Total Rewards from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they are working as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Granite Construction.

Abby Glines attended the University of Vermont from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a BA degree in Geography.
