Elizabeth Novy

Elizabeth Novy currently serves as the Regional Marketing & Proposal Manager at Granite Construction, overseeing proposal-based pursuits exceeding $350 million annually in the Puget Sound and Columbia River Regions. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Marketing & Proposal Coordinator II, leading proposal efforts for alternative delivery projects valued at over $1.5 billion with a shortlist rate exceeding 95%. Elizabeth began her career as a Marketing Intern at DLR Group, contributing to the K-12 Education Sector. In addition to experience at Granite Construction, Elizabeth held various marketing roles within the University of Washington Intercollegiate Athletics Department and gained customer service expertise in positions with University of Washington Housing & Food Services. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Washington.
