Jose V. currently serves as a Project Engineer at Granite Construction since March 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Manager at Signal Energy, working on significant solar projects such as Wolf Run Solar and Gibson Solar, and as a QA/QC Engineer at Rosendin for the Cottonwood Bayou Solar project. Earlier experience involved serving as a Field Engineer at Reyes TX, Inc. for the DFW Airport Pavement Remediation Project and at Mortenson, where multiple solar projects were completed, including Trenton Solar and Greasewood Solar. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Additionally, Jose held internships at Mortenson and worked as a Veterinary Technician prior to entering the engineering field.
