Paul Garcia

Paul Garcia is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects. Currently, at Granite Construction since August 2019, notable projects include the Jurupa Rd./UPRR Grade Separation and the $25MM SR-74 Raised Median. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Papich Construction, overseeing the $20MM SR-395 Widening, and Project Manager at Brosamer & Wall, where significant projects included the $50MM SR-46 Whitley 2B and the $10MM Navy Drive BNSF Underpass.
