Timothy Maurier

Timothy Maurier is an experienced business development professional with a diverse background in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Granite Construction since June 2025, Timothy previously held the position of Strategic Business Director at Moffatt & Nichol from March 2021 to July 2025. Prior to that, Timothy was the Director of Business Development at Shimmick Construction for a brief period in late 2020 and spent over six years at AECOM as Vice President. Timothy also served as Vice President at Parsons from 2005 to 2014 and was the Director of Business Development at URS Corporation for 15 years. Timothy holds both a B.A. and B.S. in History and Business from Chapman University, with studies conducted between 1982 and 1987.
