William Derges

William Derges is an experienced project manager with a solid background in construction engineering and management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Granite Construction since November 2021, Derges previously held similar positions at James McHugh Construction Co. from August 2016 to November 2021, and The Walsh Group as a Project Engineer from September 2015 to August 2016. Earlier experience includes roles as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager at James McHugh Construction Co. from January 2012 to September 2015, as well as serving as a Student Event Staff Supervisor at Illinois State University from August 2007 to December 2011. Derges holds a Bachelor of Science in Renewable Energy and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, both obtained from Illinois State University between 2007 and 2012.
