Mark Rodgers has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mark started their career in 1988 as a Technical Project Manager at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Group in Tokyo, Japan. Mark then worked as a Localization Project Manager at International Translations & Publishing (ITP) before becoming the Operations Manager for ITP Japan, where they established and grew the operations.

Mark later joined International Translation & Publishing (ITP) as a Worldwide Vendor Manager, responsible for global supply chain management for leading multinationals. Mark then served as the Operations Director at Eurotext Translations, where they transformed the operations unit into a world-class operation and managed a team of account managers, project managers, and quality staff.

As the Founder and CEO of Cipherion Translations, Mark led the sales and marketing team, delivering multilingual localization services into over 70 languages. Mark implemented quality-focused initiatives and achieved high customer satisfaction.

Most recently, Mark worked as a Business Development Engineer at the Institute of Technology, Carlow, where they researched and implemented CRM and metrics dashboarding systems. Mark also led process improvement and managed a sales pipeline of industrial research projects.

Mark Rodgers completed their Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin between 1984 and 1988. In 1999, they obtained a Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance from ACCA. Between 2013 and 2015, they pursued an MSc. in Sport Psychology from the Waterford Institute of Technology. Mark also completed the Sandler-Certified Sales Training Programme from Sandler in 2003-2004 and received a Diploma in Business & Personal Coaching from the Coach Institute of Ireland in 2001. Additionally, they earned a certification as an NLP Practitioner from the Irish Institute of NLP in 2016.
