Carol O'Shea

Carol O'Shea has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carol is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Granite Partners since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon for five years, holding several finance director positions in various departments such as Global Selling Partner Services, Worldwide Consumer Insights, Planning, Analysis and Technology, Consumables and Pharmacy, and Retail Systems and Services. Before joining Amazon, Carol worked at Target for 11 years, where they held roles such as Senior Director, Technology Finance, Director, Merchandise Finance, Senior Group Manager, Capital Finance, Group Manager, Merchandise Finance, and Lead Financial Analyst, Merchandise Finance. In the early stages of their career, they worked as an Advisory Economist at the Chicago Board of Trade and as a Derivatives Analyst at CIRM.

Carol O'Shea received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & French from Loyola University Chicago.
