Ashley Simien

Ashley Simien, CPM, is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as General Manager for Atlanta at Granite Properties since October 2023. Previously, Ashley held the position of Senior Property Manager at Cousins Properties from February 2017 to September 2023, overseeing the operations and financial performance of multiple Class “A” office facilities, including a Fortune 500 single-tenant office building and a premier medical office building totaling 1.3 million square feet. With prior roles at Core Property Capital and Griffin Partners, Ashley has extensive experience in property management across various asset types, managing over 1 million square feet in total. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University.
