Previously, Chase held the position of Senior Property Manager at Stream Realty from September 2007 to February 2018, managing over 1 million square feet of Class A and B office assets in key submarkets. Additionally, Chase served as President of Chapter 28 of the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2017, contributing to one of the largest IREM chapters in the nation. Chase holds a degree from Texas Tech University, graduating in 2006.
