Sandy Benak

Sandy Benak, CCIM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector. Currently serving as a retiree at My Own Home Front since July 2025, Sandy has had a long-standing role as a Leasing Manager at Granite Properties since February 2000, focusing on contract negotiations, financial evaluations, and daily interactions with prospects and brokers. Previously held positions include Senior Director of Corporate Marketing at Paragon Group/Insignia ESG from 1992 to 2000 and Leasing Representative at Duddlesten Management Company from 1984 to 1992. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Marketing from Baylor University, complementing a foundation established at Victoria High School.
