Lisa Lau

Lisa Lau, CPA, CA, MAcc has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lisa began their career in 2012 as a Senior Reporting Specialist/Consultant at Sherritt International. In 2013, they joined Sears Canada and held various roles including Senior Manager, Finance and External Reporting, Director of External Reporting, Divisional Vice President of Finance, and Vice President of Corporate Controller. In 2018, Lisa moved to Granite REIT where they held the position of Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting before being promoted to Senior Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting in 2023. Overall, they have gained extensive experience in financial reporting, accounting, and finance management in the real estate and retail industries.

Lisa Lau, CPA, CA, MAcc has a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Chartered Accountancy Co-op Studies from the University of Waterloo. Lisa also holds a Master of Accounting degree from the same university. Additionally, Lisa has the qualification of Chartered Accountant CPA, CA from ICAO.
