Namita Shrivastava

Namita Shrivastava is an experienced lease documentation professional with a focus on commercial real estate. Currently serving as Associate Manager of Lease Documentation at Granite REIT since April 2022, Namita is responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial industrial leases in the US and Canada. Previously, Namita worked at Cushman & Wakefield ULC as Lease Document Advisor, where responsibilities included negotiating retail and office leases, as well as ancillary agreements. Namita's career at CBRE Limited as a Lease Documentation Specialist involved drafting various commercial lease agreements and managing special projects that resulted in client savings. Earlier roles include serving as HR Assistant at O&Y Enterprise and Manager of Operations at Cardio Fitness India Pvt. Ltd. Namita holds a Law Clerk Certification from ILCO and degrees in Management and Political Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University and Delhi University, respectively.
