Alan Carruth

Alan Carruth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and program management within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Value Stream Programs Director at FieldCore since August 2017, Alan leads global program industrialization projects and ensures alignment with regional operations while providing essential training and tracking progress through KPIs. Alan's tenure at Granite Services, Inc. began in July 1999, where roles have included Operations Planning Director and various leadership positions focused on improving safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities have encompassed global project management, best practices implementation, and reduced outage durations, with proven expertise in gas and steam turbines. Alan's career began at John Brown Engineering Gas Turbines Ltd., where early roles included field engineering and supervisory positions. Education was completed at Braidfield High School from 1978 to 1982.
