This includes overseeing branch staff, ensuring efficient transaction processing, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The team also supports customer inquiries, handles account-related issues, and collaborates with other departments to optimize branch performance and member satisfaction.

This includes overseeing payroll and benefits, providing administrative HR support, spearheading recruitment efforts, and implementing training programs. This team comprises the Vice President of Branches, President & CEO, VP of HR & Training, and Vice President of Operations, all of whom collaborate to maintain a member-centric focus, drive organizational growth, and uphold the cooperative’s mission across its New Hampshire branches.
