Carol Hill has worked in the quality engineering and management field since 2012. Carol began their career at GE Digital Energy as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer in 2012. In 2017, they moved to Jewell Instruments LLC as a Quality Engineer. In 2018, they were promoted to Quality Manager at CORTRON INC., and in 2020, they were promoted again to Quality Manager at Jewell Instruments, LLC. In June 2015, they opened their own small business, Elements of Horses, specializing in used tack, accessories, and exceptional items for riders, which they continue to operate. In 2022, they began working as a Quality Engineer at Granite State Manufacturing.
Carol Hill has a long history of education and certifications. Carol began their education in 1974, when they attended Bristol Community College and earned an ASME in Mechanical Engineering in 1976. Carol then attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1992 to 2001, earning a BSCJ in Criminal Justice-leading towards Patent Attorney. In 2014, Carol attended the University of New Hampshire Business Boot Camp. Additionally, Carol has earned certifications from BAE Systems in 2018 for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, from the State of New Hampshire in 2015 for Hazardous Waste Coordinator-State of NH, and from the FAA for Student Pilot.
