Project Engineer at Granite State Manufacturing

Ernest Bisson has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Ernest began their career in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Guidance and Control Technician, where they maintained 23 A-10 Thunderbolt 2 (Warthog) aircraft and was responsible for diagnosing and repairing aircraft during preflight inspections. In 2004, they moved to Manchester Harley-Davidson, Buell as a Service Technician and then a Service Writer. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Junior Engineer at Granite State Manufacturing, where they supported the engineering staff and used Solidworks and AutoCad to model parts, assemblies, and drawings. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Process Engineer at Process, where they worked to relieve constraints in the manufacturing process and used the tools and techniques of 80/20 and visual factory management to increase output and simplify tasks. Ernest also served as the safety chief, in charge of a scrap reduction team, and supervised the daily non conforming material review team.

Ernest Bisson has a varied education history. Ernest earned their High School Diploma from John Stark Regional, H.S. in 1998. Ernest then attended Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in 2002-2003, earning a Factory Certificate in Harley-Davidson. From 2008-2011, they attended NHTI, Concord's Community College and earned both an Associate's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician and an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician. Finally, they attended the University of New Hampshire-Manchester from 2011-2013, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician.
