Natalie Peikrishvili

Natalie Peikrishvili has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Natalie currently holds a position as an Investment Manager at Granite Partners, where they started in January 2023. Prior to this, Natalie worked as an Investment Associate at Granite Partners from June 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Granite Partners, Natalie spent four years at 3M, a multinational corporation, where they held several roles in their Corporate Development department. Natalie started as a Corporate Development Analyst in June 2018 and progressed to become a Corporate Development Specialist in November 2019. In November 2020, Natalie was promoted to the role of Corporate Development Manager, where they were responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing strategic mergers and acquisitions, corporate divestitures, and investment and partnership opportunities. Natalie specialized in M&A coverage for 3M's Consumer Business Group, which generated approximately $5 billion in sales.

Prior to their time at 3M, Natalie gained experience in investment banking as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard Middle Market from June 2016 to May 2018. Natalie also had a brief stint as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard Middle Market in June to August 2015.

Natalie's earlier experiences include serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carlson School of Management from September 2015 to May 2016 and working as a Fixed Income Analyst & Trader at Funds Enterprise during the same period. Natalie conducted research and analysis on investment-grade intermediate duration U.S. corporate bonds in the industrials sector.

Before pursuing their graduate studies, Natalie worked at DB Fitzpatrick, an asset management firm. Natalie held positions as an Investment Research Analyst from September 2012 to May 2013 and as an Equity Analyst & Trader from June 2013 to May 2014.

Natalie's early career also includes a role in Client Services at Clearwater Analytics from February to August 2012, and they gained experience in international business development during a brief stint at the Idaho Department of Commerce from September to December 2011.

Finally, Natalie started their professional journey as a Math and English Tutor at Trio Student Success, where they provided tutoring services from January 2010 to December 2011.

Natalie Peikrishvili began their education by earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Boise State University. After completing their undergraduate studies, Natalie went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, with a focus on Finance. Natalie also passed the Level 1 Exam of the CFA Institute.
