Rob Ignatowicz

Rob Ignatowicz is an experienced professional in network operations with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Network Operations at Granite Telecommunications since November 2022, Rob previously held the role of Sr. Network Operations Center Technician at Insight Global in a contract position for Granite. From February 2011 to August 2022, Rob worked at T-Mobile as a Technician in the Network Operations Center, providing 24/7 support for network troubleshooting and post-activation across various technologies. Earlier roles at Universal Orlando included Analyst in Field Services, providing end-user device support, and several positions focused on point-of-sale systems and financial data entry. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Valencia College.
