Jessica Deshaies

Jessica Deshaies has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as a Care Transition Liaison and Physical Therapist Assistant at Granite VNA since April 2021. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant at CENTRAL NEW HAMPSHIRE VNA & HOSPICE from May 2017 and at Genesis Rehab Services from July 2013 to April 2017. Earlier in the career, Jessica gained experience as a Paraeducator II at Gilford School District from September 2010 to August 2011. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from River Valley Community College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from New England College, and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Lakes Region Community College.
