Lisa Hammond is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a strong background in home care, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation services. Currently serving as a full-time Occupational Therapist at Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association since April 2017, Lisa manages a varied caseload in the greater Concord, NH area. Additionally, Lisa has contributed to Genesis Rehab Services as a per diem Therapist since November 2012, focusing on evaluations and treatment plans for residents with diverse diagnoses. Prior roles include positions at Areus Medical Group, Nationwide Therapy Group, and Advantage Rehabilitation Services, where Lisa developed effective treatment plans while upholding regulatory standards. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Science from Ithaca College.
