Paula Zappala is an experienced Speech Language Pathologist with a robust background in clinical operations and leadership. Current employment at Granite VNA began in August 2021, following a role as Director Of Clinical Services at Ageility from January 2020 to June 2021. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Genesis Rehab Services spanned nearly two decades, during which Paula Zappala held various leadership positions, including VP of Clinical Operations, Director of Clinical Operations, and Area Director/Sr. PM. Paula Zappala began a career at Rehabworks as Program Director from 1997 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a BS and MA in Communication Science & Disorders from the University of New Hampshire and Hampton University, respectively.
