Rachel R. is an experienced Biological Resources Project Manager at Graniterock since February 2018, specializing in resource development, revegetation programs, and various environmental projects including reclamation, conservation planning, and habitat management. Prior to this role, Rachel served as an Environmental Specialist at the University of California, Santa Cruz, focusing on advancing stem cell research through interdisciplinary collaboration, and as an Executive Administrator for the Institute for the Biology of Stem Cells. Rachel's earlier experience includes roles as a Fish and Wildlife Technician and Scientific Aid at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, where responsibilities included collecting data for the California Recreational Fisheries Survey, as well as a Fisheries Technician for the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission on the Ocean Salmon Project. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an Associate of Arts from Cabrillo College. Rachel is currently pursuing further education through UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education.
