Jouni Kristiansson

Jouni Kristiansson has a diverse work experience in the IT field.

Jouni began their career at Novogroup Oyj in 1998 as a Technical Specialist, providing IT support and maintaining Windows-based systems for various clients.

After that, they joined Logica as an IT Systems Specialist, where they handled technical support for multiple customers and sites, as well as performed systems administration and maintenance.

In 2008, Jouni joined Jagex Limited as the Finnish Community Manager/Customer Support Representative, responsible for managing the Finnish community and coordinating localized forum and game support.

Jouni then worked at Nets Finland Oy as an IT specialist, focusing on the installation and management of cash payment terminal systems for customer companies, as well as participating in testing and product development.

Jouni also worked at Holiday Club Resorts Oy as an IT System Specialist, where they served as the ICT infra system administrator and was involved in project management and support.

In 2012, they joined SOK as a System Manager, and then moved on to Forenom in 2019 as an ICT Manager.

Currently, Jouni holds the position of IT-päällikkö at Granlund since 2023.

Jouni Kristiansson completed their vocational qualification in Business and Administration, with a focus on the Marketing program, at The Commercial College of Riihimäki. Jouni attended the school from 1993 to 1996 and obtained an upper secondary level degree in Business and Administration.
