Kerkko Niemi

Kerkko Niemi has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and project management. Kerkko is currently working as a Data Engineer at Granlund since August 2022. Previously, they held the position of Projektipäällikkö, Kiinteistönpito at the same company starting from April 2021.

Prior to joining Granlund, Kerkko worked at Are Oy from November 2020 to April 2021 as Are Projektit-toiminnot. Before that, they served as Projektinhoitaja, Kiinteistöpalvelut, and was responsible for managing LVI projects for Are Oy's linjasaneeraushankkeet in the Jyväskylä area. Kerkko also worked as a Project Manager for LV projects under Kiinteistöpalveluiden. Their role involved multi-trade small-scale construction project management. Kerkko worked at Are Oy from November 2018 to November 2020.

Kerkko also worked at Heatco Finland Oy as a Product Manager and Product Team Leader from October 2017 to November 2018.

Before that, they held positions at Consti Group (Consti Yhtiöt) as LV-projektinhoitaja, Talotekniikka toimitilat from March 2016 to August 2017, and as Työnjohtaja, Talotekniikka asuintalopalvelut from January 2015 to March 2016.
