Nancy Wodka

Nancy has over 30 years of experience in the development and financing of large-scale energy and other infrastructure projects globally. She’s experienced in all aspects of project development and finance including joint venture arrangements and project company structures; power sales; fuel arrangements; transmission and interconnection agreements; construction contracts; operations, maintenance and management agreements; and asset acquisitions and divestitures. Nancy has worked on projects as diverse as the financing of the first “build-own-transfer” power plant in Turkey using multilateral and export credit financing to the construction contracts for the first new nuclear power plants in the U.S. in 30 years.
