Janelle Manuel completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Baylor University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Janelle later pursued further education at The University of Texas at Dallas and obtained a Master of Science in Business Analytics as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing from 2015 to 2017.
