Chrisdon Hargrett

Chrisdon Hargrett has a diverse work experience. Chrisdon started as a DM at Converse in 2012, where they achieved high customer survey and mystery shop scores. Chrisdon then became an Assistant Store Manager at Dick's Sporting Goods, where they successfully improved operations and sales. Chrisdon also worked as a Coaching and Development Seminar Staff at FitLifeCruise and as a Running, Speed & Agility Coach at 6545 Crossfit. Chrisdon gained experience as a Store Team Leader In Training at Big Lots Stores and as a District Manager in training at Sprint. Additionally, Chrisdon worked as a National Recruiter at Indeed.com and as a Firefighter at City of Plantation Fire Department. Chrisdon was also the Head Track & Field Coach at Florida Memorial University and currently holds the role of CAO & Business & Sales Coach for Grant Cardone Enterprises, where they oversee performance management, develops business strategies, and manages their book of business.

Chrisdon Hargrett attended Dr. Phillips High School from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a diploma with a focus on Business and Social Skills. Chrisdon then went on to Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 2002 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW). During their time at the university, they studied a wide range of fields including Sociology, Psychology, Veterinary Medicine, Physical Therapy, Sports and Fitness, and Kinesiology. In addition to their formal education, Chrisdon Hargrett has also obtained certifications in various areas of emergency response and management from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incident (ICS-200), Introduction to Incident Command System (ICS-100), National Incident Management System (NIMS), and National Response Framework - IS-00800.b.
