David Parkhurst

David Parkhurst is the Manager of Network Engineering and Platform Operations at Grant County Public Utility District since September 2019. Prior to this role, David held positions at GCI General Communication, Inc. from April 2016 to February 2019 as Director, Strategic Architecture and Senior Consulting Network Engineer. David also worked at AT&T from January 2001 to February 2016, holding the titles of Principal Network Planning Engineer and Principal Network Design Engineer. Additionally, David served as the Executive Director at Regency Care from January 1994 to August 1996. David earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Administration from Loma Linda University in 1993.
