Currently, Mark serves as the Senior Portfolio Manager-Fixed Income on the Debt Management Team at Grant County Public Utility District. Mark's focus has been on client relationships, investment trade ideas, portfolio construction, and long-term goal management involving corporate and municipal bonds. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Carroll University, Mark brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their role.
