Ashley Rivenbark, PhD has extensive work experience in various roles related to grant writing, editing, and scientific research. Ashley began their career as a Graduate Student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2002 and later worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Assistant Professor at the same institution. In 2012, they transitioned into the field of grant writing and editing, working as an Editor at AJE - American Journal Experts and Oxford Science Editing. Ashley also served as a Contract Grant Writer/Editor at UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Scientific Advisor at the American Society for Investigative Pathology and a Contract Grant Editor at the UNC Center for Women's Health Research. Since 2017, they have been employed as a Lead Grant Writer and Program Manager at Grant Engine.
