Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Modern Languages and Management Studies from Newcastle University from 2006 to 2010. Katie attended Strathearn Grammar from 1999 to 2006. Katie also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Modern Languages and Management Studies from Newcastle University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in BPS Occupational & Personality psychometric training from The British Psychological Society Division of Occupational Psychology in 2019, PRINCE2™ Foundation Certification Training from PwC UK in 2013, and CIPD Level 3 Learning and Development from CIPD Northern Ireland.
