Katie Scott

Katie Scott (Assoc CIPD) has a varied work experience. In their most recent role as an Associate Director at Grant Thornton, Katie focused on developing digital learning and providing project management support on client projects. Katie led the development of a digital learning offer called 'WeLearn by GT' and created online learning modules to support clients with workplace challenges during COVID-19. Prior to that, they were a Manager at Grant Thornton, specializing in people and change management consulting. Katie also has experience as a Mentor for Women in Business NI and worked as a Consultant at PwC, specializing in change management and supporting transformation projects. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager and Web Editor at Brandabout S.A, where they were responsible for managing projects and client service. Katie's earlier role as an Export Assistant at Domaine Duveau involved international tele-sales and e-marketing.

Katie Scott (Assoc CIPD) obtained a Diplomado en Vino Chileno- Elaboración, Producción, Marketing & Sensorial abilities from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Modern Languages and Management Studies from Newcastle University from 2006 to 2010. Katie attended Strathearn Grammar from 1999 to 2006. Katie also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Modern Languages and Management Studies from Newcastle University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in BPS Occupational & Personality psychometric training from The British Psychological Society Division of Occupational Psychology in 2019, PRINCE2™ Foundation Certification Training from PwC UK in 2013, and CIPD Level 3 Learning and Development from CIPD Northern Ireland.
