Maryam Mkrtchyan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mariam began their career at Liceo Scientifico T. Taramelli as a Trainer from March 2013 to April 2013. Mariam then worked at Kapavor LLC as an Executive Assistant/Translator from September 2010 to May 2014. Following that, they joined Private Lessons as an English Language Teacher from September 2007 to October 2017. Most recently, Maryam has been working at Grant Thornton Armenia, where they started as a Marketing Communications Assistant in May 2014 and progressed to roles such as Marketing Communications Specialist from June 2018 to March 2020 and Senior Marketing Communications Specialist from March 2020 to March 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Communications Manager, which they started in March 2022.

Mariam Mkrtchyan has a diverse education history. In 2005, they attended Yerevan Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics in 2009. Mariam then pursued further education at the same university and earned a Master's degree in International and Intercultural Communication from 2009 to 2011.

In 2012, Mariam attended Hilfmann Psychological Services, where they studied Human Resources Management, Staff Selection, Evaluation and Placement. Mariam then enrolled at the American University of Armenia in 2013 to gain knowledge in Human Resources Management.

In 2019, Mariam briefly attended Sensei Academy of Marketing, where they studied Marketing for approximately 80 hours.

In addition to their formal education, Mariam obtained a certification in Digital Marketing - Foundational from Grant Thornton International Ltd in June 2020.
