Athina Moustaki

Athina Moustaki is a Partner and the head of Environmental, Social, Governance, Risk & Compliance Services of Grant Thornton Greece and brings multiple years of professional experience. Athina is a Certified Public Accountant, and she is one of the responsible Partners for Financial Services in Greece. Furthermore, she is the coordinator of Grant Thornton International for the development of Financial Services in the Southeastern European Region.

She has vast experience in the Financial Sector by providing assurance and advisory services such as Internal Audit, Financial audits or Financial Statements’ Reviews, Regulatory compliance reviews, Due Diligence, Corporate Governance assessments or Internal control system’s assessments and many others. She has delivered her services to all Greek systemic banks, to the Regulators of the Greek banking system as well as to many other financial Institutions such as Securities & Investment Companies, Mutual Fund Management Companies, Payments Institutions and others. Currently, Athina Moustaki is working as a project manager of the Monitoring Trustee projects in two of the four systemic banks in Greece on behalf of the European Committee.
