Sharmil Yadav

Sharmil Yadav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operations within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as a Consultant at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP since March 2023, Sharmil previously held roles at NASSCOM Foundation including Assistant Manager Operation and Senior Program Coordinator from June 2021 to 2023. Earlier experience includes the position of Program & Monitoring Manager for Livelihood & Education at Saath Charitable Trust from April 2019 to July 2020, Project Coordinator at Human Development Research Centre (HDRC) from August 2016 to September 2018, and District Coordinator at Virtual Global Education Limited from May 2013 to May 2016. Sharmil holds a Master of Social Work from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University and a Bachelor's degree in History, Geography, and Sociology from the University of Rajasthan.
