Karitha Ericson

Karitha Ericson is the Global Head of Network Capability & Culture at Grant Thornton. Karitha has held this position since January 2012. Prior to this, they were the Chief People & Culture Officer at Grant Thornton Sweden from January 2009 to December 2017. Before that, they were the Head of Human Resources at EQT Partners from January 2007 to December 2012.

Ericson has also worked as the Global Head of Human Resources Wealth Management at SEB from January 2008 to December 2009 and as the Head of Human Resources Luxembourg at SEB from January 2001 to December 2005. Karitha began their career as a Human Resource Consultant at Arthur Andersen from January 1993 to December 1999.
