Satoshi Teramoto

Satoshi Teramoto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in audit and M&A advisory, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Grant Thornton Japan since December 2007. Satoshi transitioned from a Manager role in Audit to focus on domestic and cross-border M&A financial due diligence and valuation. In addition to this role, Satoshi has been the Head of Japan Desk and Financial Modelling & Analytics Manager at Grant Thornton UK LLP since September 2021 and served as Director at the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the United Kingdom from October 2022 to October 2023. Previously, Satoshi worked as a Consultant at the Japan Research Institute, primarily concentrating on business strategy consulting.
