Sharon Babirye

Sharon Babirye is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Corporate Social Responsibility Associate at Grant Thornton (Uganda) since September 2022. Previously, Sharon held roles including Field Supervisor at the World Health Organization from November 2021 to January 2022, and Assistant Accountant at Granite Suppliers Limited from May 2020 to August 2021. Additionally, experience includes a Finance Internship at Uganda Electricity Generation Company Ltd in early 2020 and a Tax Internship at Kampala Capital City Authority in mid-2019. Sharon obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University, after earning the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education from Trinity College Nabbingo and the Uganda Certificate of Education from St Joseph's Senior Secondary School Naggalama.
