Jenn Barnett

Jenn Barnett is an experienced professional currently serving as Director and Head of ESG and EDI at Grant Thornton UK since January 2012. In this role, Jenn leads the ESG strategy for the firm. Previous positions at Grant Thornton include People & Culture Director, Head of Inclusion, Diversity and People Wellbeing, Director of People Experience, and Strategic Change Unit Leader, where Jenn was instrumental in delivering transformational change initiatives. Prior to this, Jenn worked at Heathrow as a Senior Business Partner, managing a complex change program to enhance business and passenger experiences, and served as a Senior Strategic Advisor at Grant Thornton UK LLP, supporting the implementation of the people strategy. Early career experience includes project management at BAE Systems, focusing on international organizational design. Jenn holds a degree from Newcastle University.
