Perry Burton

Perry Burton is an experienced leader in organizational development and cultural change, currently serving as an Independent Adviser at Inclusive Leadership Company since February 2024. With a lengthy tenure at Grant Thornton UK LLP since July 2007, Perry has held multiple leadership roles including Head of Partner Development and Engagement, Head of People and Brand, and Head of People and Culture, among others. Notably, Perry led a significant cultural change program within the London Audit business to enhance organizational potential and adapt to market opportunities. Additional experience includes managing change initiatives as Managing Partner for the Thames Valley and Hemel Hempstead offices at RSM Robson Rhodes. Perry holds an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, along with various qualifications in coaching and business administration from prestigious institutions including the University of Chicago and the University of West London.
