Philippa Hill

Philippa Hill is the Head of Forensic - Dispute Resolution Services at Grant Thornton UK, leading a team that offers expert witness and advisory services in areas such as contentious valuation and post-M&A dispute resolution. With experience as a Partner specializing in accounting disputes, Philippa has co-authored guidelines on Sale and Purchase Agreements and has significant expertise in accounting integrity matters. Philippa also serves as an Appointed Member of the Independent Re-review Panel, which reassesses losses for victims of the HBoS Impaired Assets division fraud. Prior roles include positions at RSM Robson Rhodes LLP and Mazars, where Philippa developed a strong foundation in forensic accounting and auditing. Philippa holds a BSc Hons in Philosophy & Psychology from the University of Bristol.
