Kimberly Cofrancesco

Kimberly Cofrancesco is an experienced professional in learning solutions and instructional design with a background in various leadership roles. At Grant Thornton LLP, Kimberly served as the Director of Learning Solutions & Delivery from April 2016 to August 2021. Prior to that, Kimberly worked at AICPA as the Learning & Organizational Effectiveness Instructional Design Manager and as a Learning Experience Designer at AT&T, where responsibilities included designing training programs and advising on performance development. Kimberly also has a history in project management and call center management. Currently, Kimberly is pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Organizational Innovation at Marymount University, building on a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from East Carolina University.
