Edith Jenkins, P.Eng.

Edith Jenkins, P.Eng., has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Edith joined Grantek in 2016, initially working as a Systems Designer before being promoted to the role of Project Manager in December 2020. At Grantek, they have been responsible for designing and managing various systems.

Prior to their time at Grantek, Edith worked at Queen's University, where they held the position of Teaching Assistant from January 2013 to December 2015. During their tenure, they assisted in teaching courses related to machine vision, computer programming, and electric circuits and machines. This involved leading lab sessions, debugging code, and delivering lectures on computer vision concepts.

Before their academic role, Edith gained experience as an intern in the Manufacturing Rotation Program at General Motors from May 2011 to August 2012. Throughout their internship, they held various positions, including Manufacturing Group Leader, Production Group Leader, and Manufacturing Engineer. Edith supervised skilled trades employees, responded to equipment breakdowns, collaborated with engineers to identify and address equipment failures, and organized work during production downtime.
