Michael Weathersbee

Michael Weathersbee is an experienced professional in student advising and management with over a decade of service at the University of Arkansas Grantham, currently serving as Associate Director of Student Advising since June 2011. In this role, Michael leads initiatives in training, student retention, and customer service, while fostering department morale and implementing strategies for student success. Previous positions include various managerial roles in student advising and financial services at reputable organizations such as State Farm Insurance and Wells Fargo Financial. Michael holds a Master of Science in Performance Improvement from Grantham University and a BA in Marketing from Benedictine College, complemented by an Associates Degree in General Studies from Phoenix College.
