Arabella Marsden

Arabella Marsden currently serves as Head of Risk at GrantTree since December 2022. Prior to this role, Arabella held various positions at Growth Lending from February 2020 to September 2022, including Business Operations Director and Head of Risk & Relationship. Arabella's experience also includes serving as Head of Risk and Relationship at GapCap from June 2017 to March 2021, and as Funding Manager, where support was provided to UK businesses through cash flow finance solutions. Earlier in Arabella's career, roles at BBC Studios included Production & Investment Executive, Business and Investment Executive, and Content Assistant from June 2012 to June 2017. Arabella holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Edinburgh and completed a course at the University of Cambridge focusing on Business & Climate Change.
